Sharing Tree is an OKC-metro area nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities by providing a dignified, no-cost shopping experience to families in need. We have four programs – Christmas Connection is our founding and remains our signature program. For 38 years Sharing Tree has been helping parents provide their families with a joyful Christmas morning. Sharing Tree’s clients are the working poor, either at the poverty level or accessing government assistance, and are referred by one of their 60+ partner agencies, such as DHS, Catholic Charities, and Hope Community Services. At Christmas Connection, clients come in without their kiddos and shop for warm winter clothing, coats, and toys so they can take them home, wrap them, and put them under their tree.
